WESTERN POTHOLE REPAIR
Western Pothole Repair (WPR) is a specially formulated high performance cold mix designed to be applied from -25°C to 40°C. WPR does not require paving equipment or specialized personnel. After proper compaction, the pothole is immediately ready for traffic. This product was specifically developed to meet harsh climates in Canada and northern U.S.
Our high performance cold mix utilizes the latest technology available on the market for improved cohesion and adhesion while maintaining stockpile workability in excess of one year. Western Asphalt Products’ Laboratory is AASHTO accredited in the test methods performed to ensure the quality of Western Pothole Repair.

STEPS FOR USE:
Step 1: For best results first clean the pothole or utility cut from debris.
Step 2: There is no tack coat required, pour WPR into the pothole in increments to avoid overfilling. Spread out evenly over the area to be filled. For deep holes compact in 2″ increments.
Step 3: Use a tamper or other method to compact. The repair is immediately ready for traffic. Avoid parking on the patch for the first 30-60 days.

Seal Coats are treatments that provide effective pavement maintenance to all structurally sound roadways.

Fog sealing is generally a light application of spray applied slow set emulsion.
Tack Coat is a spray applied emulsion which provides a thin adhesive film of asphalt between existing road pavement and a new surfacing layer.
Dense-graded cold mixed asphalt can be an economical alternative to traditionally hot mixed asphalt, especially in areas where there is a long distance to the nearest hot mix plant.
Specialized Cutback Asphalt and Asphalt Emulsions can be used to create a concrete foundation water proofing.
Applying driveway sealer to an asphalt driveway will improve both aesthetics and lifespan of your asphalt driveway.
