As part of a 2013 Manitoba Infrastructure contract Souris gets to enjoy a newly Micro Surfaced road from the West side of town all the way to Highway #10. The wheel ruts were first filled in 2 passes and then a uniform top lift was applied a few days later with minimal traffic disruption.
